Jason and his team did a spectacular repair job for our vulnerable elderly relative today in Chesterfield – including repairs to guttering, rendering, flat roof and leadwork. They found some parts of the job needed less radical work than quoted for, so adjusted their time accordingly, saving her money. They also did some extra small services – sweeping apples from the pathway so she wouldn’t slip, and replacing an extractor fan cap. At all times they dealt with her courteously and patiently. She has dementia, so didn’t remember that she had agreed the work and was initially quite fearful and hostile. Huge thanks to the crew – excellent work, excellent service. My mother in law is a very happy lady, as are we!
