Two good working men came promptly on time at short notice which was greatly appreciated to remove the roof light and re tile the area and part of the roof. This was after solar installation. Both of them were very well spoken took their boots off to come inside into the loft. They are very safety conscious when carrying ladders and tiles and asked for no one to be outside especially the children, they asked me to inspect the work and it was neatly done both the inside and out and they took all the rubbish away. Workmen were well dressed and gave a good impression for a very fair price. Many thanks. Happy to recommend and happy to use again when needed.

Woke up this morning to find part of the chimney on the lawn and another part balanced precariously on the roof. My immediate thoughts were %^& $%, #@£$ and £$#*&. This was not turning out to be my week.
I did a search on the Internet and came across Chesterfield Roofing Ltd. This was a fortunate find.
I was half expecting the usual conversation about “give us a few weeks and we will get back to you”, or “that is gonna cost you an eye watering amount”.
However from Jason I got “give me an hour and I will be around”. When he turned up he quickly assessed the job, quoted a more than reasonable price and got onto it. Several hours later the job was all complete with the chimney looking better than it did before.

Jason and Chris were able to turn up the same day I called on the way home from their last job of the day. My problem was my downpipe had dropped and become disconnected from the gutter so the rainwater was going everywhere. They were quickly able to reseat the pipe and secured it to the wall so the problem would not happen again. Great price as well would use again.

Jason and his team did a spectacular repair job for our vulnerable elderly relative today in Chesterfield – including repairs to guttering, rendering, flat roof and leadwork. They found some parts of the job needed less radical work than quoted for, so adjusted their time accordingly, saving her money. They also did some extra small services – sweeping apples from the pathway so she wouldn’t slip, and replacing an extractor fan cap. At all times they dealt with her courteously and patiently. She has dementia, so didn’t remember that she had agreed the work and was initially quite fearful and hostile. Huge thanks to the crew – excellent work, excellent service. My mother in law is a very happy lady, as are we!
